Modern Calligraphy Kit

Greetings Calligraphers!

Learning calligraphy requires time and dedication. You may as well get started with high-quality supplies that will make the most of your precious practice time.

Some of the most common complaints that I used to hear from my students were the result of poor calligraphy supplies. You have no way to know if your ink is too thin or if you've purchased a particularly challenging nib when you're just beginning to learn the art of calligraphy.

We developed our Modern Calligraphy Kit to go with Melissa's Modern Calligraphy Class. It provides students a simple and inexpensive way to get the supplies that they need delivered to their doorsteps, no matter where they live. We've shipped these kits all around the world, and we've kept our prices low to make your decision easier.

You can order these supplies from online or brick-and-mortar retailers at a similar price, and we have a supplies guide to help you do that. I recommend making a smaller order before taking the class, because you'll have a much better idea of what you need after completing the coursework.

Shipping Times

We ship USPS Priority 2-3 Day within the United States and FedEx Express for international orders.

Shipments leave our Utah warehouse every weekday morning.

Shipping Outside the USA?

We ship worldwide... except for Russia. We haven't been able to get kits into Russia reliably.

Already have supplies?

Then you don't need the kit! Purchase the any of our calligraphy classes without the kit and use the supplies that you already have on hand. Or visit the calligraphy supplies guide for instructions on ordering your own supplies.

Giving a gift?

We offer gift certificates!

We recommend ordering the $95 gift certificate along with a kit. Give the kit to your recipient and print out the gift certificate email.

For an extra $1 you can add a custom dedication from Melissa. It may or may not go out in the same package as the kit, but it will go out to the same shipping address unless you give us very clear shipping instructions indicating a different address.
